VOS Annual Meeting Program and Target Audience
The 78th Annual Meeting program will cover educational needs related to current techniques and evaluation of orthopedic issues that present themselves to the general and practicing orthopedist on a daily basis.

- Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
- Exhibit agreements must be submitted prior to exhibit space being assigned.
- Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. VOS cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.
- VOS reserves the right to add, move or remove exhibit tables if necessary. The floor plan is subject to change.

LETTER OF AGREEMENT
Exhibit and Sponsorship Agreements are being accepted for VOS 2025. Complete the online Letter of Agreement to secure your exhibit space, sponsorship, and/or program ad.
Payment is due in full when the Agreement is submitted.
- To pay by credit card, fill in the payment details of the exhibit agreement.
- To pay by check, mark “check” as the payment method on the Agreement. Make the check payable to Virginia Orthopaedic Society and mail the check to VOS, Attn: Dana Gibson, 2209 Dickens Road, Richmond, Virginia 23230.

Exhibitor badge names are due by April 1, 2025. Badges included with exhibit packages:

Exhibit badges should be submitted by exhibitors using the Client Portal (login required). Additional badges can be purchased by exhibitors through the portal as well. The badge fee is $150/badge.
EXHIBITOR SERVICES
Marriott VA Beach Oceanfront Exhibitor Order Form (Shipping, AV, Power)
Marriott staff will deliver exhibitor shipments to the exhibit hall for move-in on Friday, May 2nd. During move-out on Saturday, vendors are responsible for packing and labeling return shipments and scheduling the pick up through the carrier. Marriott staff will move the outgoing shipments from the exhibit hall to the hotel loading dock.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The headquarter hotel is Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort.
VOS Group rate from $330**. Rate available through April 2 or when the block fills, whichever occurs first. MAKE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATIONS HERE.
**Resort fee of $25 per night (included in rate and will appear as $355) will be waived upon check in.
