Join Virginia’s top orthopaedic surgeons, residents, and decision-makers at the Virginia Orthopaedic Society 2026 Annual Meeting – your premier opportunity to showcase your latest innovations, connect directly with providers, and build lasting relationships with leaders in orthopaedic care across the region.
Now in its 79th year, the Annual Meeting will feature a robust educational program focused on current techniques and the evaluation of orthopaedic issues commonly encountered in everyday practice.
We anticipate attendance from 125–150 orthopaedic surgeons, residents, and medical students, offering exhibitors a valuable platform for meaningful engagement and visibility.

EXHIBIT SPACE

- 6 ft table, two chairs (see exhibit packages for additional tabletop space details)
- Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
- Exhibit agreements must be submitted prior to exhibit space being assigned.
- Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. VOS cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.
- VOS reserves the right to add, move or remove exhibit tables if necessary. The floor plan is subject to change.

LETTER OF AGREEMENT
Exhibit and Sponsorship Agreements are being accepted for VOS 2026. Complete the online Letter of Agreement to secure your exhibit space, sponsorship, and/or program ad.
Payment is due in full when the Agreement is submitted.
- To pay by credit card, fill in the payment details of the exhibit agreement.
- To pay by check, mark “check” as the payment method on the Agreement. Make the check payable to Virginia Orthopaedic Society and mail the check to VOS, Attn: Dana Gibson, 2209 Dickens Road, Richmond, Virginia 23230.

EXHIBITOR BADGES
Exhibitor badge names are due by April 1, 2026. Badges included with exhibit packages:

Exhibit badges should be submitted by exhibitors using the Client Portal (login required). Additional badges can be purchased by exhibitors through the portal as well. The badge fee is $150/badge.

Shipping
Inbound: Packages must not be delivered to the hotel more than three business days in advance of the meeting. Please use the VOS Exhibitor Shipping Label

Packages will be delivered to exhibit tables for move-in on Friday, May 1.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The headquarter hotel is Hotel Roanoke.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
VOS has negotiated a block of rooms at the group rate of $249, plus taxes and fees, good through April 1, 2026, or when the block fills, whichever occurs first.
Book Inside the Official Room Block
To receive our contracted rate and onsite support, you must book your room through the official conference block using the link provided on the website and Meeting Guide. Reservations made through third-party sites or by calling the hotel outside our block are not connected to our block. If a guest who booked outside the block is relocated by the hotel because of an oversell, we cannot assist with the relocation or any related costs. Benefits tied to the block such as rate protection and complimentary Wi-Fi may not apply.
