Join Virginia’s leading orthopaedic surgeons and decision-makers at the Virginia Orthopaedic Society 2026 Annual Meeting. This is your opportunity to connect directly with providers, demonstrate your latest products and services, and build lasting relationships with orthopaedic leaders across the region.
The 79th Annual Meeting program will cover educational needs related to current techniques and evaluation of orthopedic issues that present themselves to the general and practicing orthopedist on a daily basis.
We expect 125 – 150 orthopedic surgeons, residents and students.
EXHIBIT SCHEDULE and MEETING PROGRAM
The 2026 meeting program and exhibit schedule will be available late summer/early fall 2025.
EXHIBIT SPACE
The exhibit hall floor plan will be available fall 2025.
- Tabletop exhibit
- 6 ft table, skirted and two chairs (see exhibit packages for additional tabletop space details)
- Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
- Exhibit agreements must be submitted prior to exhibit space being assigned.
- Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. VOS cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.
- VOS reserves the right to add, move or remove exhibit tables if necessary. The floor plan is subject to change.

Exhibitor badge names are due by April 1, 2026. Badges included with exhibit packages:

Exhibit badges should be submitted by exhibitors using the Client Portal (login required). Additional badges can be purchased by exhibitors through the portal as well. The badge fee is $150/badge.
